Filtration

What is ElectroMax?

ElectroMax is Bonphul’s advanced electronic filter. Currently considered to be the gold standard of air purification, electronic filtration technology is capable of purifying PM2.5 with efficiency up to > 99%, and sterilization rate up to > 99%.

ElectroMax filters use Graphene Plate Structure Micro-Electronic technology. It is generally used in conjunction with a pre-filter.

How does it work?

The air first passes through a thin stack of pre-filters attached to the ElectroMax, that holds back larger dust particles from entering the electronic zone. The air carrying smaller particles (PM2.5), flows further inside the ionized zone of the electronic module. On applying voltage, the electrode needles on the ElectroMax filters discharge an ionized field that attracts the tiny dust particles (PM2.5) from the air. After the airborne particles are rapidly ionized, they enter the dust collection field and are quickly adsorbed on the wall of the graphene electrode polymer achieving the goal of highly efficient purification of polluted air.

Meanwhile, the strong electric field can break through the cell wall of bacteria, viruses and microorganisms attached to the particle surface and carbonize them. ElectroMax filters are spark-free and produce negligible ozone, which is safe, efficient and environmentally friendly.

Why ElectroMax?
