OxyMan draws in ambient room air — which is approximately 21% oxygen and 78% nitrogen — through its intake filter system. The air is cleaned and compressed by the oil-free compressor before entering the oxygen separation stage.

The compressed air passes through molecular sieve beds using NASA-grade Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. The zeolite sieve selectively adsorbs nitrogen molecules while allowing oxygen to pass through — concentrating the output gas to 93±3% pure oxygen. The two sieve beds alternate in a continuous cycle to ensure uninterrupted oxygen production.
